Bridges on the Park

Project Details

Located on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake, Bridges on the Park is steps away from Austin's urban hike and bike trail. This mixed-use development is comprised of two below-grade parking levels and street-level retail with five floors of residential units above. A perforated, stacked-limestone wall buffers the building from busy Lamar Boulevard traffic.

Load-bearing metal stud wall construction supports thin concrete slabs cast on metal deck. This innovative structural solution provides tall ceiling heights while keeping within the city's zoned building height restrictions. The building allows dense development to be nestled between Auditorium Shores and Zilker Park.
