Project Details

Ideally situated in a booming neighborhood in downtown Austin, the Seven high-rise apartment tower offers an exciting option for modern urban living. At 24 stories and 220 units, Seven is an exercise in efficiency while not compromising its array of residential amenities.

The reinforced concrete building is comprised of a 16-story tower over eight stories of private resident parking. Long-span post-tensioned flat slabs and a central concrete core enhance the open-plan concept and allow for unobstructed views of the surrounding city. The tower’s unique shape, designed by Austin’s Rhode Partners, features a free-form, faceted-glass façade that adds lively interest while respecting the site’s Capitol View Corridor requirements. Dressed in sleek glass panels, metal accents, and earthy tones, Seven’s units offer unrivaled views extending from the State Capitol to Congress Avenue and from Lady Bird Lake to the Texas Hill Country beyond.
