On the north shore of Lady Bird Lake, two six-story office buildings bookend the enigmatic Austin City Hall. The rust-colored stacked limestone facade integrates the garage and office buildings into a single visual structure.
Cast-in-place flat plate concrete construction in the office buildings allows for increased daylighting at the building perimeter and eases coordination for the mechanical systems.
