Located just south of Lady Bird Lake, 801 Barton Springs features a geometric, contemporary façade of glass and precast. The reinforced concrete building is comprised of four office levels over five above-grade parking levels. The structure consists of post-tensioned slabs at the parking levels and long-span post-tensioned beams and joists at the office levels. The building provides 1,800-square feet of restaurant space and 92,300-square-feet of Class A office space with sweeping views of downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake.
